The problem

Most independent clinics in India have no website, and the doctors who run them have no time to buy one. The product only works if finding and reaching those doctors costs close to nothing.

What I built

  • Ten clinic templates with WhatsApp booking, sticky call buttons, live hours and a map.
  • Local SEO and structured data so the clinic shows up for nearby searches.
  • An outreach agent that takes a city, finds doctors there, and collects each one's email and WhatsApp.
  • Tailored email and WhatsApp messages per doctor, pointing them to a site made for their speciality.

How it works
